Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations

 

Courses

If you book your yoga course through me, you can cancel for free up to 7 days before the course starts for a full refund, minus 100 NOK admin fee. 

 

Exception 1: you might be able to cancel a course closer to the start date if someone on the wait list can take your spot.

Exception 2: in case of a medical issue you may cancel up to 24 hrs before the course starts,

 

Cancellations must be made via email to mail@claudiamenger.com.  

 

Single classes or workshops

Live in person workshops or single classes: Cancel for free up to 48 hours before the class/workshop starts for a full refund, minus 100 nok admin fee.

Online workshops or single classes: No refund (you'll get a recording that you can join).

Private sessions

Cancel for free up to 24 hours before the session starts to find a new date/time. Cancellations must be made via email to mail@claudiamenger.com

Disclaimer

 

Claudia Menger (Claudia van Tunen Yoga & Coaching ENK) recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any yoga or exercise program and that you follow all safety instructions provided. I recommend joining only in good physical condition.

 

You should understand that when participating in any yoga or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in any of my classes or courses, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Claudia Menger from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Claudia Menger’s negligence.

 

Claudia van Tunen Yoga & Coaching is not a medical organization, I'm not a doctor, and cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while doing my practices.
